Orders

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at thefamoustees2023@gmail.com.
We can only make changes or cancellations before the order is processed and shipped.


Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Some regions may have restrictions, which will be shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping option you select:

  • U.S.A. Special Line: 5–7 business days

  • Special Line: 10–15 business days

  • Special Line Pro: 7–10 business days

  • International Express: 5–7 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 25–30 business days

Please note: These are estimated shipping times and do not include weekends, holidays, or customs clearance delays.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items.
To request a return or refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Do you cover return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect your return.
It may take up to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure online payment methods (such as PayPal, if enabled).
All transactions are processed securely.


Other Questions

What if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check with neighbors, your local postal office, or the carrier.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or reship items that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

What if my package is returned to sender?
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unclaimed package, or refusal at delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
