At The Famous Tee, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for customer errors, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or providing inaccurate information at checkout.
Requesting a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Condition of Returned Items
To receive a full refund, items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items returned damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition will not be refunded. All returned items are inspected.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Refund timing depends on your chosen courier and processing at our warehouse.
Good to Know
- Keep proof of postage; we may need it to resolve your return query.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- If a gift card was used, refunds are applied to the gift card first.
- Refunds take up to 7 days to process once we receive your return at our warehouse, plus up to 5 additional business days to appear in your account.
